Privacy and data handling

This notice describes the inspected website and desktop implementation. The operator’s legal identity, hosting provider, log retention and privacy request arrangements have not yet been confirmed; those operational details require the owner’s review before relying on this as a complete privacy policy.

Website visits

The revised website has no account creation, contact form or video upload endpoint. It does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies, and no advertising or analytics script is loaded by its shared layout. This does not mean a visit is anonymous: the hosting provider or CDN can receive your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time in ordinary server logs.

Website fonts use the local system font stack. Links to external documentation or download hosts take you to services with their own policies. Your browser may send network and referrer information when you follow them.

Desktop recordings and files

The inspected capture path accesses the selected screen or window, and optional microphone, system audio and camera inputs. The editor uses media streams, in-memory media objects and canvas rendering. Export sends video bytes to a local save dialog. No automatic recording upload service was found in this code.

Cursor tracking uses pointer coordinates and native input events for effects. This is sensitive access: record only what you intend to include. Some interface preferences are saved using localStorage; Electron also maintains a local profile/cache. Unsaved recording state is not a dependable backup.

Network access and third parties

The desktop interface references Google Fonts, which can receive ordinary request data when fonts load. Its Help control opens this website in a browser. This notice therefore does not describe the application as entirely offline or free of all third-party requests. See Google’s privacy policy for its services.

Support correspondence

If a support address is configured on Contact, email is handled by the sender’s and recipient’s mail providers. Include only information needed to address the issue. The operator must confirm the support provider, retention period and process for access or deletion requests.

Advertising status

Advertising is not active in this revision. An ads.txt declaration alone does not load an ad. Before enabling advertising, the operator must disclose actual partners and storage practices, implement any required consent mechanism, and update this notice. Google’s policies require privacy disclosures for ad technologies and compliance with its applicable consent requirements.

Your controls

Revoke screen, microphone, camera or Accessibility permissions in operating system settings. Delete saved videos you no longer need and review backups or copies shared elsewhere. Removing the program does not necessarily remove exported videos or its profile. For questions about site records, use the published contact method when available.
